Payment Schemes

Option 01

5% of total cost as initial payment prior to signing agreement Further 5% within 30 days of first payment and signing of agreement 20% of total cost within 30 days of commencing work on foundation 25% of total cost within 60 days of commencing work upto slab level 20% of total cost within 60 days of commencing work upto roof level 20% of total cost within 60 days of commencing work on finishes and completion of building Balance 5% within 60 days of occupation

Option 02

5% of total cost as initial payment prior to signing agreement. A further 5% within 30 days of first payment and after signing of agreement and Balance in equal installments during construction period.   Bank loans could be arranged subject to repayment capacity of applicant being acceptable to bank. Payment from bank loans should be on equal monthly installments upto completion of building
