Marketing Strategy

The company's unique selling point is to offer a cost-effective, turn-key product to the discerning middle and upper class segments that have the purchasing power to invest, and the credit worthiness to borrow, but lack the time and expertise to build their own houses. The company also plans on building low cost houses for the low income groups in selected urban and sub-urban areas.

Entry Strategy

Initially, the focus will be in blocking out and selling bare land after necessary infrastructure development such as internal roadways, storm water drains internal water supply and electricity. The company will assist the prospective client with their bank loans, if necessary.
